I just read some astounding news that Bolivia stopped it's postal service in 2018, and I don't think it's reopened yet or ever will reopen. That is so amazing!
Their last stamps were issued in 2017.
I must admit that I spend a great deal of time looking online at stamps from the US and all over the world. Stamps are a world of their own made up of equal parts of Art, History and Stories-- delivered free to our mailboxes (yeah, I know, taxes).
I always start from A and work my way down the alphabet.
