20+ Movies That Were Total Letdowns (The Perspective/MSN)

Despite people's varying movie tastes, we can all agree that some films are significant letdowns. Whether it's the all-star casting creating high expectations, a lack of plot, or just a bunch of nonsensical things thrown together to appease people, there's no shortage of movies coming out of Hollywood that left audiences scratching their heads and feeling disappointed. Letdowns span multiple genres as well, so get ready for a trip around the box office. We found some of the greatest and most disappointing letdowns in the entire movie industry. I will try to avoid any spoilers, but here's a big one: be prepared to be disappointed in what these big names ended up doing to some otherwise fantastic ideas.
