101 Best Horror Books

This is a list of my favorite horror books, including collections, anthologies, a novelization, and a couple of graphic novels, including one graphic novel series. Note that many were not published as horror, but meet critic Douglas E. Winter's dictum of it being not a genre but an emotion. The only restriction in place was that an author could only appear once on the list.
