This is my own version of the anthology released back a few years ago.
The book this list was inspired from was in places trite and mediocre (I mean, how can you justify Britney Spears but genres like metal, jazz, avant-garde, hip hop, blues & r&b are constantly ignored???) and I wanted to produce a list of interesting records that more discerning folks would enjoy.
