Cinema Seeker's Top 100 Short Films of All-Time

Here are my picks for the Top 100 Short Films that I have seen. I divided this list into four "tiers" of films. I have a top ten; a second ten; a "rest of the top 50;" and a "bottom 50." Within each tier, I simply listed the films in chronological order. Ranking art is specious enough, without spending precious hours trying to figure out which film should be ranked 86th and which should be 87th. I define a short film as any film less than 50 minutes in length. The cover image is of Nick Nolte in Martin Scorsese's masterful "Life Lessons" (which was one of the short films in the 1989 omnibus film "New York Stories").
